You can see I used it on the River by all the smudges…and that’s the last time I used it.   On the bottom, is a glass palette.  Easy clean up, indeed.  What I thought I’d really like is the recessed area in the lid to accommodate the blobs of paint I preload.  Wrong!  Those three metal strips are held in place with strong magnets.  You pull each one off, flip them over and they have little hooks on the ends to grasp your canvas.  You just turn them over and replace them in their grooves.  Good idea, but I don’t think anyone at the company ever really tried this.  In fact, I don’t think anyone at the EDGE company ever really took this thing for a spin outdoors.  © Dawn Sutherland  2017
